High Five Dragon Boat, LLC serves the United States market for dragon boat sporting events, from sanctioned competitive races to small town local festivals. Our focus lies in our professional approach to our services, with a dedication towards quality and customer service for our event partners. We train and hire American workers with proceeds of our events reinvested in America.

Joe Sinkovic, President

A CPA with over 17 years in the sport, Joe began as a paddler and brings with him a focus toward customer service from a participant's perspective. In 2005, Joe became a coach for paddlers in the Tampa area, and now helps paddlers that want to be their best in the sport achieve their goals.
Joe has owned and operated two small businesses over the past 20 years, and brings his strong business skills to this growing water sport in Florida and across the eastern United States.
Outside of leading the High Five Dragon Boat team, Joe enjoys playing beach volleyball and cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Christine Canevari, Director of Marketing & Administration

While receiving her degree in Travel & Tourism Management, Christine managed her first dragon boat race in 2001. Ten years later, Christine successfully hosted the 10th IDBF World Dragon Boat Racing Championships in Tampa, Florida.
Christine was the Executive Director of a non profit organization throughout the years of working in Tampa, planning dragon boat activities, and brings with her the unique expertise to coordinate highly successful dragon boat events across the USA.
In her dragon-free time, Christine spends time going on adventures with her husband and 2 young sons, training in martial arts and finding creative outlets.
